Rules and Conditions

The 10% donation total is generated by your organization’s fundraising efforts! There is no limit on how much your organization can earn!


Simply collect itemized guest checks from group members dining on your behalf during your designated time frame, and submit the checks to the Finnegan’s Grill manager within 60 days of the end of the fundraiser.

Your fundraiser must be scheduled in advance. You must reschedule each year. Your participation does not automatically carry over from the previous year. Group members and their friends, families, neighbors, etc., can either dine on designated evenings (or days) Finnegan’s, or you can sign up for an extended period of time and collect receipts every day of the week during that timeframe.

Original to go receipts are eligible.

At the end of the meal, group members should ask their server for the itemized guest check (not the charge card receipt). Only one additional guest check can be provided per visit. Duplicated guest checks will not be counted. Your group or organization must collect the guest checks from its members. Group members may not solicit receipts from other diners, either inside or outside the restaurant, or by standing in front of the restaurant, in the parking lot, or by going table to table. Your group must submit the original guest checks to the Finnegan’s Grill within 60 days of the end of the fundraiser using the approved submission form. Finnegan’s Grill will donate 10% of the food and beverages purchased on the collected checks. The 10% donation will not apply to guest checks that receive any coupon-specific discount or promotional certificate, nor will it apply to sales tax.
